Kentish June Windstorm Relief grant program

Kentish Council has secured $250,000 in funding from the Tasmanian Government to assist with recovery efforts from the windstorm back in June.

The Kentish June Windstorm Relief grant program is now open for applications. Producers and general public who can demonstrate hardship for the repair, replacement or remediation of property or assets damaged as a result of the windstorm may apply for a grant of $1,000 or $5,000.

To be eligible you must:

• Be a current resident or property owner in the Kentish Municipality.
• Have experienced loss and or damage directly related to the windstorm on 11-12 June 2022.
