Building Resilient Farming Families Workshops

ProAdvice will hold workshops and webinars for farm businesses to provide farming families with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead positive change through their own business and industry as a whole.

There is a series of two workshops and 5 x webinars geared towards understanding profit drivers of your business as well as key business ratios; webinars discussing banking, risk strategy and succession; and a further workshop to create your own strategic plan including goals, banking, land, enterprise, people and technology.

Participants will increase knowledge and understanding in the next generation of farmers in the following key areas:
