AWI Annual General Meeting

Australian Wool Innovation (AWI) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 14 November 2025, at 10:00am AEDT. The meeting will take place in person at the King Room, Level 2, 345 George Street, Sydney, and online via https://meetings.openbriefing.com/AWI25.

This year’s AGM includes Board Director elections, updates on AWI’s performance, and votes on key shareholder resolutions, including proposed changes to the AWI Constitution. Shareholders are encouraged to participate, ask questions, and vote either in person or online.

Online attendees will need their shareholder number and postcode to register. Please log in at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts.
