Sarah Morrall Policy and Project Officer
Projects and Policy Officer
I grew up on a farm, and my love for all things agriculture stemmed from there. I left school to pursue an agricultural apprenticeship before starting a career in the meat industry spanning over 10 years between Queensland and Tasmania, where I had the opportunity to work in varying roles including export documentation and shipping, international and domestic trade, inventory control, and production planning.
After starting a family, I decided to broaden my skill set and completed my Agricultural Science Degree. My background in both practical agriculture and agribusiness has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the agricultural sector, and I’m passionate about supporting farmers and the broader industry through my work at TasFarmers.
