WoolPoll 2024 voting information

12 September 2024

The 2024 WoolPoll voting period will open on September 20th 2024 and run until November 1st 2024. WoolPoll provides Australian woolgrowers with the opportunity to vote on the levy rate that funds Australian Wool Innovation (AWI). This levy supports AWI's investment in research, development, and marketing for the benefit of the wool industry.

What is WoolPoll?

WoolPoll is a voluntary vote, held every three years, where woolgrowers can choose the levy rate they believe will best support the future of the wool industry (access the information pack here). The outcome of this vote will determine the level of funding AWI receives for its programs over the next three years.

How to participate:

Voting packs will also be sent to all eligible woolgrowers with detailed instructions on how to cast your vote. Voting can be done online, by mail, or over the phone, depending on your preference. Ensure your details are up to date now by filling out the form here.

Further information:

We encourage you to review the information provided in your voting pack to make an informed decision. If you have any questions or require assistance, you can visit the WoolPoll 2024 website or contact the TasFarmers office.

This is an important opportunity for woolgrowers to have their say on the future funding of AWI. We encourage you to participate and make your vote count.
