MLA carcass weight reporting survey

Meat Livestock Australia are undertaking a review of their carcass weight reporting.

MLA are seeking to undertake an indicator review to ensure their indicators reflect market trends, and customer needs. There is an opportunity to comment on carcass weight reporting among others. This is the first time they have been reviewed since 2017.
