GEMS 2025/2026 Now Open – Applications Close July 24

The TMEC GEMS (Growth, Empowerment, Management, Self-care) program is now in its third year, and applications for the 2025/2026 intake are officially open.

Designed for women across all sectors, GEMS connects participants with mentors and industry leaders to build leadership capability, break down barriers, and support those stepping into non-traditional roles.

What’s Included:

• 3 in-person workshops with leadership training, guest speakers, and networking lunches.
• 6-month mentorship with matched mentors trained to support your goals.
• DISC personality profiling to strengthen communication and self-awareness.
• Mock board paper and presentation with a micro-credential on completion.
• Conflict management and resolution training.
• Celebration cocktail party with industry peers.
